so guys which one would be better choice? i want to max out all of modern games on 1280x1024

CPU:i7 960
RAM:Corsair Dominator 3x2GB 1600 C8
Power supply:SIGMA FOCUS 600W|||Both are about the same.Gtx 560ti is newer version,seems to be slightly better! In addition it eats less power and works more silently.
