Fitting a gtx560 graphics card into a slot that was used by 9600gt. Would gtx560 fit?

i was wondering, i am using a nVidia geforce 9600gt 512mb graphics card currently. would a nVidia geforce gtx 560 graphics card fit into the slot that the 9600gt was previously slotted in? i would hate it if i have to change my cpu case just to install the gtx560 card. thanks for ur answers, i appreciate it.|||Both cards are PCI-E x 16 V2.0, so it should work, provided you have room in the case, and the power supply can handle the extra 50W of power the 560 needs.
